South Carolina Philharmonic: From the New World

There are iconic pieces from 20th century figures Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein and George Gershwin, all of them from the theatrical traditions of dance, opera and musical theater. There’s also a beloved symphonic evocation of the “New World” from a European visiting our land.
