Tadhg Murphy

sp11-Web-Taghd-Murphy-150Tadhg Murphy studied at the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College Dublin and has appeared in theatre works including: For Druid Theatre: The Walworth Farce (New York, Edinburgh Festival Fringe) and Empress of India (Galway and Dublin Theatre Festival 2006). For other theatre companies: Three Sisters, Julius Caesar, The Importance of Being Earnest, Harold and Sophie, Alice in Wonderland, Dublin by Lamplight, Drive By, The Taming of the Shrew, Titus Andronicus, Shooting Gallery, The Goat, Deathtrap, The Real Thing, Fando and Lis, Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, A Christmas Carol, The Divorcement of Figaro, Triumph of Love, New Morning and Oedipus.

Murphy has also worked in radio, television and film. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 2005 Irish Film and Television Awards for the feature film Boy Eats Girl.
